Sahi Health Clinic. Our Story

Sahi Health Clinic, established in 2017 in the industrial town of Daska, Pakistan, stands as a vital community healthcare initiative serving a population of approximately 400,000 people. In a region where livelihoods are largely based on agriculture, light manufacturing, and sporting goods production, access to quality healthcare has historically been limited, with only basic services available through government institutions. Founded in memory of Amanullah Sahi , the family’s forefather and his son Ghulam Rasul Chowdhry. These family roots in Daska span centuries, the clinic embodies a deep commitment to community welfare and social responsibility.
The clinic operates as part of a broader network of philanthropic efforts led by the Sahi family, which includes a girls’ school, computer education programs, vocational skills workshops for girls, a 4-acre playground, sports and activity centers, and nutrition support initiatives for underserved populations.
The Sahi family, through their generosity and shared vision of service, have also played a meaningful role in supporting efforts to uplift the underserved, reflecting a strong spirit of compassion, community partnership, and collective responsibility. Sahi Health Clinic provides care to approximately 80 to 100 patients daily, six days a week. A key feature of its service model is the provision of three days’ worth of medications free of charge, with long-term treatment support offered to patients suffering from chronic conditions such as epilepsy, diabetes, and hypertension who cannot afford ongoing care.
Since its inception, the clinic has treated around 600,000 patients, contributing significantly to the improvement of basic healthcare standards in the area. In addition to general medical services, the clinic places a strong emphasis on maternal and child health and is actively working toward establishing a vaccination center to further expand preventive care. Through its sustained efforts—and the continued support of families dedicated to service—Sahi Health Clinic continues to play a transformative role in enhancing the health and well-being of the Daska community
